2. What data we process

Server logs

When you visit this site, our hosting server automatically processes technical data sent by your browser: your IP address, the date and time of your request, the pages you access, your browser type and operating system. This data is processed to deliver the website and to maintain its security and stability, and is deleted after a short retention period. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating a secure website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Analytics

We use Umami, a privacy-focused analytics tool, hosted on axanet GmbH's own servers. Umami does not use cookies, does not store your full IP address, does not create persistent identifiers, and does not track you across other websites. It records anonymous, aggregated usage statistics (such as page views, referrer, country, browser type) that cannot be linked back to you as an individual. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in understanding how our website is used (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Enquiries and quote requests

When you contact us by email, for example to request a quote for a custom order, we process the information you choose to send: your name, email address, company details, and any project information you provide. We use this only to respond to your enquiry, prepare quotes, and fulfil any order you go on to place. The legal basis is the taking of steps at your request before entering a contract and the performance of that contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), together with our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We keep this correspondence only as long as needed to handle your request and to meet any legal retention obligations.

3. Cookies

This website does not set cookies and does not use any tracking technologies that require consent.

4. Third parties, order fulfilment and external links

We do not sell your data or share it for advertising. Our website hosting and analytics run on axanet GmbH's own infrastructure. When you place a custom order, we share only the information needed to fulfil it, such as a delivery address passed to a shipping provider.

This site contains links to our shop on Etsy. Once you follow such a link, Etsy's own privacy policy applies. We have no control over and accept no responsibility for the data practices of external websites.
